A typical Sète dish, our Stuffed Mussels are made with respect for the know-how and recipes of yesteryear.
The work is entirely artisanal and manual. The mussels are stuffed by hand with pure pork stuffing flavored with aromatics from the South. This Sète speciality par excellence is made with first-choice raw materials, in particular with large moulds. Our Stuffed Mussels are guaranteed to be colouring-free.
Our Stuffed Mussels are ready to use. To enjoy them at their best, heat the contents of the jar over low heat, then arrange them on a dish with rice, spaghetti “Al Dente” or potatoes to your
