Ingredients
Red wine 52%, water, butter, shallot 6.5%, thickeners: modified starches and xanthan gum, sunflower oil, honey, poultry stock (water, poultry concentrate, red wine, beef extract, carrot, onion, leek, cognac, garlic, thyme, rosemary), salt, thyme, white pepper, black pepper.
Preparation
This sauce is ready to use.
Warm simply the stick:
– “Bain-marie”: 5 minutes in a pan of warm water.
– Microwave: open the stick, place it in a container in the microwave oven, heat for 10 seconds on 600 Watts-Medium heat, remove carefully (the stick can be hot) and pour
