Castaing Foie Gras

Made according to the recipes of our elders, from the best local ingredients and using traditional methods.
These specialities are perfect for the realization of neat entries, greedy salads, or more rustic, plates of cooked pork meats.

Composition
Duck meat and fat, duck liver (20%), water, salt, Porto wine, garlic, spices, shallots, sugar.

Production process
Duck meat and trimmings are preserved in fat and then separated by hand. Addition of foie gras, seasoning and packaging, capping of the jars and sterilization.
