Composition
Duck meat and fat, duck liver (20%), water, salt, Porto wine, garlic, spices, shallots, sugar.
Production process
Duck meat and trimmings are preserved in fat and then separated by hand. Addition of foie gras, seasoning and packaging, capping of the jars and sterilization.
