Choucroute garnie
A traditional recipe based on pork (loin, sausages, garlic sausage, smoked pork belly with bacon) served with sauerkraut cooked in Riesling wine. Our Chaiseronne pork has been fed GMO-free barley flour for over 25 years and is antibiotic-free from birth, and comes from the English Channel.
Serves 2. Reheat over a low heat for 8 minutes or in the microwave for 3 minutes. Shelf life: 3 years.
Ingredients : Pork from Normandy (France) 46% (loin, frankfurter, smoked sausage, garlic sausage, smoked pork belly in lardons), cooked sauerkraut 39% [sauerkraut 95%, lard, onions, white wine: Riesling, salt, juniper berries, natural pepper flavouring, antioxidant E300], potatoes, white wine (SULFITES).
