ORIGINS – TERROIR
Château Labadie is situated in the commune of Bégadan, 70 km north of Bordeaux.
It takes its name from one of the first four parcels purchased by Yves Bibey in 1970.
This family domaine is now run by Jérome Bibey and covers 60 hectares of vines.
The dedication and commitment of the Bibey family is reflected in the unique character of this Médoc Cru Bourgeois wine.

Cabernet sauvignon 40%, Merlot 53%, Cabernet franc 3%, Petit verdot 4%
TASTING NOTES
Garnet colour and ruby core.
Bouquet offering roasted notes, sweet spice, figs and ripe black fruits.
The palate reveals a smooth attack and evolves towards a silky mid-palate with round, fleshy tannins, good volume and a touch of vanilla. Delicate and elegant with a persistant and very aromatic finish.
FOOD & WINE PAIRING
Enjoy served with a grilled sirloin steak, a creamy veal blanquette or creamy cheeses.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Decant and serve at 17°C.
