Composition
Meat and liver of pork from Normandy (France) raised on barley flour, camembert with raw milk 8 %, onions, eggs, modified corn starch, salt, pepper.
Raw materials
Pork meat: Pork raised in “South Manche” with barley flour, 50% of which is semi-outdoor and processed in Normandy.
Since 1990, La Chaiseronne, in partnership with our breeders, has built up precise specifications stipulating that the animal lives in a healthy environment at a natural pace with an exclusive food made for La Chaiseronne.
This food:
– includes 75% cereals, 65% of which is crushed barley, peas, vegetable oilcake to which are added minerals, minerals, vitamins and minerals.

– and guaranteed the total absence of animal meal, fish meal, growth factor, antibiotics, GMOs, etc.
This balanced diet extends the rearing period by about 3 weeks and gives a tender, soft, and tender meat particularly tasty.
