Raw materials
Calf: born, reared and slaughtered in France.
Isigny fresh cream: controlled designation of origin. The cream is produced by the Isigny dairy on the sea in Normandy with milk from Normandy.
Fresh vegetables exclusively from Normandy (Manche and Calvados) during the production season i.e. from 1 September to 31 May: during the break period, they come from the region ” Val de Loire and Brittany “, France and Europe.
