Black tapenade with Azais-Polito anchovies
The Tapenade is a typical appetizer from the South of France. It is a puree of anchovies and olives that is traditionally spread on bread.
It can also be used to brush meat or a preparation.
You will find in this product all the flavours of the Mediterranean green olive and anchovy.
This sauce is especially recommended to accompany meats and vegetables, and especially topped on a slice of grilled tuna. It is also excellent as an aperitif toaster.
Black Olive Puree 90%, Caper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ANCHOVIES 0.9%, Vinegar and Acidifier: E330.
Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
