This cooked sauce owes its name and recipe to a great chef from Sète exiled in Chicago.
Linked to the local terroir, it is now a world-famous sauce that harmonizes deliciously in general with fish and shellfish.
Made with first-class raw materials and flavoured with herbs and white wine from the Midi.
Its traditional composition as well as the artisanal manufacturing methods make it a product with a strong high-end positioning.

Water, Tomato, SHELLFISH, MILK, Onion, Leek, Carrot, Extra virgin olive oil, White wine, Tomato paste, CREAM, Thickener: Carob seed flour, Salt, Cognac, Garlic, Turmeric, Fennel, Pepper and Tarragon.
Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
