Aioli Provençal Azais-Polito
A typical southern sauce, Provençal Aïoli has always had its place among the most renowned products of our region.
This emulsion is one of the few on the market that is still made with fresh eggs, which offers you all the pleasure of rediscovering the flavors of a traditional sauce. Our Aioli is an artisanal product, you will be seduced by its garlicky taste and light texture.
Along our Mediterranean coasts, we consume Aioli mainly with shellfish or fish.
This accompanying sauce with the flavours of the Sète region goes deliciously well with our Fish Soups and Ready Meals. This sauce is also great with shellfish, especially shrimp.
Rapeseed Oil, EGG 20%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 18.3%, Garlic 2.5%, Salt, Vinegar and Acidifier: E330.
Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
