Consumption advice
Rock fish soup: To reheat gently, without boiling, in a saucepan. You can cook spaghetti or pasta soup in this delicious stock or pour hot stock on croutons, rubbed with garlic and topped with our rouille.
Rouille: To consume topped on croutons, rubbed with garlic for the aperitif.
Croutons: Consume as is, as an accompaniment to fish soup.
Instructions for preserving
Before opening, store at room temperature.
Best before: see at the back of the box.
After opening, keep refrigerated and eat quickly.

Rock fish soup: Soup of fish without pieces, of orange-brown colour. Odour and flavour characteristic of a fish soup.
Rouille: Spicy mayonnaise, without pieces, of orange colour. Odour and flavour characteristic of a rouille.
Ingredients
Rock fish soup: Water, rock fishes 26,2%, vegetables (onions, leeks), tomato concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, salt, modified corn starch, aromatic plants, spices with saffron.
Rouille: Sunflower oil, water, garlic, tomato concentrate, mustard, egg yolks, modified potato starch, milk protein, salt, spices, vinegar.
Croutons: Wheat flour (wheat flour, gluten), mixture of cereals (rye, barley, corn, oats, wheat, rice, millet), sunflower oil, barley malt extract, baker’s yeast, salt, soybeans, flax, emulsifier: soy lecithin, antioxidant: vitamin E.
