Composition
Cod (French origin) (fish) 34%, carrots, homemade fish stock, cabbage 12%, leeks, onions, cream of Isigny PDO (milk), shelled mussels (mollusc) 4%, green cabbage, modified starch, salt, pepper.
Raw materials
Fish: Cod (origin France).
Fresh vegetables exclusively from Normandy (Manche and Calvados) during the production season it is at i.e. from 1 September to 31 May: during the break period, they come from the “Val de Loire”region and Brittany, France and Europe.
Crème d’Isigny: PDO. The cream is produced by the dairy of Isigny sur Mer in Normandy with milk of Normandy.

Can be stored at ambient temperature.
Preparation tip: Open by pulling the rubber, leave the lid on the jar, put the jar to be warmed up in the microwave (3 minutes)
or in a bain-marie and leave to rest (1 minute).
