Pork fat, goose liver (20%), poultry meat, water, poultry liver, eggs, duck meat, gelatine, salt, Armagnac, port, starch, spices, sugar, garlic, aromatic plants.
Production process
The meat is seasoned, prepared, assembled and packed.The jars are then sealed and sterilised.
