This shellfish court broth is made with large whelks according to traditional local recipes. This product is both a refined festive dish and a very popular summer dish.
Its composition as well as the artisanal manufacturing methods give it a high-end positioning.
No additives, colourings or preservatives.
Our whelks in court bouillon are ready to use. For optimal appreciation, drain them and serve them cold
with our Aioli or our Rouille Sétoise. You can also enjoy them as a main
course with boiled potatoes (preferably new) and a hearty Aioli.
Broth 55% (Water, Pepper, White Wine, Salt, Carrot and Star anise) and WHELK 45%.
Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
