The AZAÏS-POLITO cuttlefish is in the final of the ÉPICURES 2025 competition in Paris!
It is an emblematic recipe from Sète, born in the last century, already present in the first cooking dictionaries of the early nineteenth century. So succulent that it still lives on today in Sète families and the best fish restaurants in the region.
Real pieces of cuttlefish, cooked in a generous tomato sauce, garnished with black olives and potatoes: one of the best “stews” of Sète popular cuisine, without frills or artifice.
Cuttlefish 20%, Tomato, Red wine, Onion, Extra virgin olive oil, Potato, Carrot, Black olive, Pastis, Salt, Garlic and Pepper.
Store in a dry, dark and room temperature place.
After opening, keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
