Azais-Polito cod brandade
A Languedoc speciality, our Cod Brandade is eaten hot mixed with mashed potatoes sprinkled with grated cheese that is then made au gratin in the oven. You can also eat it cold (brandade spread) spread on our Croutons for your Aperitifs.
Mix the contents of the jar with mashed potatoes until you get a homogeneous dough. Add a small piece of butter and a little milk if needed. Put the mixture in a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve this Brandade Parmentier very hot, possibly accompanied by our Croutons topped with our Black Tapenade.
COD 40%, Rapeseed Oil, MILK, Salt and Gelling Agent: Carrageenan (seaweed extract).
Store in a dry, dark and room temperature place.
After opening, keeps in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days
