This salad is ready to eat. It can be served on its own as a cold starter or accompanied by potatoes, rice or on a bed of green salad.
It is also excellent as a tapas dish with an aperitif.

Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
