Our Cassoulet de la Mer is a variant of the Traditional Cassoulet. This recipe, which has always been cooked by the Fishing Families of our Region, is the delicious marriage of Petits Farcis de la Mer with White Beans simmered in tomato sauce… Let yourself be surprised!

Our Seafood Cassoulet is ready to use. Heat the contents of the jar in a saucepan over low heat and serve hot.
White bean, mussel and stuffed squid (Pure pork stuffing: fresh EGG, Pork meat (France*), BREAD, Garlic, Parsley,
Pepper), CUTTLEFISH, Sauce (Water, Tomato, Onion, Carrot, Extra virgin olive oil, White wine, Salt, Garlic and Pepper).
*From animals born, raised and slaughtered in France
Store in a dry, dark and room temperature place.
After opening, keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
