Stuffed squid à la Sétoise Azais-Polito
A typical Sète dish, Our Stuffed Squid are made with respect for the know-how and recipes of yesteryear.
The work is entirely artisanal and manual. The squid are stuffed by hand with pure pork stuffing flavored with herbs from the South. This Sète speciality par excellence is made with first-class raw materials, in particular with large squid. Our Stuffed Squid are guaranteed to be dye-free.
Our Stuffed Squid are ready to use. To enjoy them at their best, heat the contents of the jar over low heat, then arrange them on a dish with rice, spaghetti “Al Dente” or potatoes to your
liking. You will then cover everything with the rest of the sauce that you will have previously bound with our Rouille Sétoise for a presentation like in the Sète region.
STUFFED SQUID 60% (Pure pork stuffing: Fresh EGG, Pork meat (France*), BREAD, Garlic, Parsley, Pepper), Sauce (Water, Tomato, Onion, Carrot, White Wine, Tomato Paste, Salt, Thickener: Carob seed flour, Leek, Extra virgin olive oil, EGG and Aromatic plants).
*From animals born, raised and slaughtered in France.
After opening, keeps in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days
