This summer salad with southern flavours deliciously combines small cuttlefish, squid strips and Mediterranean mussels with small octopus, the emblem of Mediterranean cuisine and
particularly of the culinary tradition of Sète.

This salad is ready to eat. It can be served on its own as a cold starter or accompanied by potatoes, rice or on a bed of green salad.
It is also excellent as a tapas dish with an aperitif.
Seafood 55% (small cuttlefish, small octopus, squid and mussels), rapeseed oil, pepper and vinegar.
Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
