Ingredients
Water, marinated foie gras 29% (water, foie gras, red port, cognac, salt, white pepper), cream 18%, shallot, thickeners: modified starches and xanthan gum, white port, salt and white pepper.
Consumption advice
This sauce is ready to use. Perfect for meat, rice, vegetables.
Preparation:
– Pan: pour the content of the jar into a saucepan and warm low heat for few minutes, stirring with a spoon (do not boil).
– “Bain-marie”: open the jar, and place it in a pan of simmering water (the water should not cover more than ¾ of the jar) for approximately 5 minutes.
– Microwave: place the opened jar, without the cap, in the microwave oven and heat for 1 minute, medium power 700 watts (or 45 sec max power).
