L\u2019Emmental est r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour son go\u00fbt d\u00e9licat, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fruit\u00e9 et beurr\u00e9. Contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres fromages plus puissants, il s\u00e9duit par sa douceur, ce qui en fait un fromage universellement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Plus l\u2019affinage est long, plus ses ar\u00f4mes deviennent prononc\u00e9s, avec des notes de noisette et parfois de foin sec.<\/p>\n

Traditionnellement, l\u2019Emmental est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de lait cru de vaches nourries \u00e0 l\u2019herbe et au foin.
