Il est issu de plusieurs c\u00e9pages dont le Grenache qui apporte le gras et la rondeur en bouche et des notes de fleurs blanches, le Colombard qui am\u00e8ne des ar\u00f4mes de fruits exotiques et la Clairette qui apporte de la fraicheur.
