It is graded, selected by our eonologists, many experts and the professional press.<br \/>\nEstablished close to the famous village of St \u00c9milion, this appellation is marked out by original full-flavoured and fleshy wines.<br \/>\nLocated on a hill very close to Saint-\u00c9milion famous village, this AOC is distinguished by its elevation and its little-known wines with great character. Here Merlots produce full-flavoured and fleshy wines.<\/p>\n<p>Vinification<br \/>\nTraditional in stainless tank.<\/p>\n<p>Grapes varieties<br \/>\nMerlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon<\/p>\n<p>Tasting notes<br \/>\nDark sherry, brilliant colour.<br \/>\nAromatic nose of ripen fruits and wet wood aromas.<br \/>\nIntense aromas of raspberry and blueberry in mouth, as well as peppery notes.
