They are served with ingredients from organic farming.<\/p>\n<p>Consumption advice<br \/>\nIdeal for aperitif and salads.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions for preserving<br \/>\nBefore opening, store at room temperature.<br \/>\nBest before: see on the lid.<br \/>\nAfter opening, keep refrigerated and eat quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Organoleptic features<br \/>\nAnchovies of uniform size, regularly disposal. Headless, without tail, properly trimmed.<br \/>\nFree from major lesions, good consistency and colour. No viscera other than eggs, laitance or kidneys.<br \/>\nFree from abnormal flavour and odour (bitter, oxidized or rancid).<br \/>\nOil of normal colour, clear, free from foreign matter.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\nWild anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) 70 %, extra virgin olive oil*, salt.<br \/>\n*29,2% of agricultural ingredients come from organic farming.<br \/>\nCertified by Bureau Veritas Certification France \u2013 FR-BIO-10.
