Origin – terroir
\nPavis des Chartrons is made from a selection of the best cuv\u00e9es of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
\nIt has characteristics close to a conventional Bordeaux, with the difference that it must follow specifications
\nstrict and specific to the \u201cOrganic Agriculture\u201d certification. It imposes a double principle. The management of the vineyard must be carried out in biological method: no herbicides, fertilizers and synthetic pesticides. The vinification must also be organic: 100% certified organic ingredients, limitation of oenological inputs and the level of sulphites. The result is “a reasoned wine” from agriculture that respects nature and people.<\/p>\n
