On the palate, fruit (orange, exotic fruits), spice (cinnamon, candied ginger), and floral (honey) mingle, gradually stretching towards dried fruits. A slightly salty trade wind refreshes the<br \/>\nwhole: sugar cane rubs shoulders with citrus and salted butter caramel. Its very fine tannins create a framework that is both pulpy and clean. Its finish is long and balanced.
