This wine comes from hillside vineyards in the Village of Valr\u00e9as in Dr\u00f4me<\/p>\n<p>Soil<br \/>\nHillside vineyards of clay and siliceous soil<\/p>\n<p>Winemaking<br \/>\nTotal destemming, 15 to 20 days vatting time, daily release. Controlled Temperature between 27 to 30\u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p>Aging<br \/>\n8 months in concrete vat<\/p>\n<p>Varietals<br \/>\nSyrah 70%,Grenache 30%<\/p>\n<p>Tasting notes<br \/>\nIntense ruby red color with purple glints. The nose is powerful with dominant red and black berries such as black currant. The wine exhibits Mediterranean spices such as tyme and rosemary as well as liquorice notes. The wine is well balanced<br \/>\nwith good concentration, soft and smooth tannins.
