Winemaking
\nThe grapes are crushed and destemmed. Then we have a long maceration of 4 weeks to extract slowly and softly the aromas, tannins and colour with daily pumping over and releasing. Ageeing in concrete tanks in order to show the purest expression of the terroir and the fruit.<\/p>\n

\n65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Carignan<\/p>\n
Tasting notes
\nThis wine has a deep ruby red colour with a very aromatic nose showing red cherry, blackcurrant and spices. Succulent tannic structure with fine and silky tannins.
\nThe finale is long and spicy but still very smooth.<\/p>\n

\nTo be enjoy from now on and can be kept 6-8 years. Serve at 16-17\u00b0C<\/p>\n
