It is a flavored tome which will be the star of your aperitifs, with its aromatic side of southern flavors.
The creamy side of its paste combines perfectly with the flavors of tomato and olive, subtle and atypical.
It brings back a delicate length of goat’s cheese to the palate, with its creamy, speckled paste and its black, slightly caramelized color.

As with all cheeses, it is important to consume it at room temperature in order to appreciate all its nuances of flavor.
