Tasting notes
This dry white wine is made from two grapes varieties and has a clear gold greenish colour. Grenache blanc brings fatness in the mouth with white flowers nuances and Sauvignon blanc brings exotic fruits aromas. Winemaking at low temperature enhances its intense aromas.

Destalking, 6 to 8 days fementation, pumping over. Controled temperature at 26 to 28° C.
Ageing

Tasting notes
This wine has a red cherry colour with purple hints, an intense nose with cherry and black currant flavors and on the palate, notes of small sweet red fruits. It has a firm attack in mouth, supple and fruity this wine will be pleasant when drunk young.

Tasting notes
This dry Rosé wine has a brilliant and brightcolour. It is very aromatic with intense
red fruit aromas. In the mouth, its freshness without excessive acidity is well appreciated.
