This flavorful jelly is packaged in an elegant 180g recyclable glass jar.
This jelly is just as delicious at breakfast, on toast, as it is at mealtimes in sweet and savoury dishes or desserts.
All our jellys, made using ancient methods, in small quantities, are prepared by people who are passionate about organic matter, respect for the environment and health; a family heritage passed down from generation to generation with deep conviction.
Benefits
The redcurrant, bursting with juice, has a slightly tangy flavour. It’s refreshing, thirst-quenching and an aperitif.
Redcurrants contain fibre, magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron and vitamins, but their main advantage is that they are bursting with flavonoids, which are excellent for skin renewal.
(These virtues that are attributed to each of these fruits have been recognized for generations but cannot replace treatment prescribed by a health professional.)
Composition
Redcurrants*, cane sugar* 45%, water.
Only the juice of the fruit, unrefined cane sugar and water are used to make our particularly tasty jelly.
No pectin. No gelling agent. No additions of any kind. Total sugar content approx. 60g per 100g.
Made in a workshop using nuts.
