This creamy organic quince jam is available in a 230g recyclable glass jar.
In addition to feasting you for breakfast or during your gourmet breaks, it will give an original touch to some of your recipes.
It goes very well with foie gras, Roquefort and Bleu d’Auvergne, for example.
All our jams, made using ancient methods, in small quantities, are prepared by people who are passionate about organic matter, respect for the environment and health; a family heritage passed down from generation to generation with deep conviction.

In our organic quince jam, you will find the particular aroma of this dented fruit with unique flavors and inedible in raw form.
The quince would have a beneficial and protective action for the colon and the rectum. Its anti-diarrheal properties are recognized and its tannins play a protective role on the intestinal mucosa.

Quince jam is one of the thirteen desserts of the big Provencal Christmas dinner.
Composition
Quinces * 54.1%, fair trade blond cane sugar * 45.9%. * Ingredients from organic farming.
We only add the necessary organic sugar required by French legislation, i.e. at least 55% of total sugar (including fruit sugar).
Otherwise, it is not jam. We prepare most of our jams with a maximum of fruit: between 55 and 65%.
No pectin. No gelling agent. No additions of any kind. Our jam is prepared with 54,1g of fruit per 100g of finished product.
Total sugar content approx. 57g per 100g.
