A triple cream cheese made from raw cow’s milk, after aging the white bloomy rind appears. It has a sweet, buttery flavor with
earthy notes. It is made using the traditional method of cutting curds by hand.
As with all cheeses, it is important to consume it at room temperature in order to appreciate all its nuances of flavor.
