Crémeux du Mont-Saint-Michel cheese is a soft Norman cheese with a bloomy rind and made from raw, whole milk from Normandy cows.
The Crémeux du Mont-Saint-Michel is enriched with cream that comes from a local farmer, and if you have the patience to wait until it matures, it will be deliciously creamy.
As with all cheeses, it is important to consume it at room temperature in order to appreciate all its nuances of flavor.
