This 1904 cuvée celebrates the beginning of the Metz family’s winegrowing history. A Crémant with fine bubbles and full-bodied aromas.

Tasting notes
To the eye: light yellow with golden highlights, fine mousse
Nose: delicate, floral with notes of white fruit

Individual savoury bites, mignardises, white fish (sea bass, sea bream, etc.), fresh cheeses (with garlic, chives, etc.), mature goat’s cheeses, summer fruit salad.
