Ageing on laths gives this Crémant d’Alsace an incomparable finesse of bubbles and a generous sensation of smoothness.

Tasting notes
To the eye: pale yellow with green highlights. Abundant mousse with rapid, fine bubbles.
Nose: expressive with notes of white-fleshed fruit (pear, apple, etc.).
Palate: a clean, lively attack that continues through to a very pleasant finish. The aromas are reminiscent of those on the nose.

Individual savoury bites, mignardises, ideal for all types of desserts.
