Crémant Château Cazeau
Crémant de Bordeaux – Brut
Terroir
Château Cazeau is a magnificent Gironde chartreuse whose origins date back to the 16th century. It is ideally situated in Gornac, on one of the oldest roads in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, just a few kilometres east of Sauveterre de Guyenne.
Its vineyard of more than 300 hectares benefits from an exceptional situation on slopes at an altitude of 110 metres and mainly facing south. Planted all around the
château, the vines are judiciously distributed between red and white grape varieties according to the terroirs. With an average age of 35 years, they are carefully cultivated in a traditional way and with respect for their environment. The vast cellar is equipped with all the modern facilities (temperature control, pneumatic presses, micro-oxygenation) necessary to produce great wines.
