Winemaking:
After being hand picked the grapes are transported in special pierced cases and the whole bunch has to be pressured . Then, there is a first fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks and a second fermentation in bottle on laths during 18 months.
Tasting notes:
Sight: Very pale yellow color, small and fine bubbles.
Nose: Peach, grilled bread and linden tree flowers.
Mouth: lemony freshness beginning, very harmonious and fruity wine with a floral finish.
Food pairing:
Nice aperitif Crémant which goes well with tapas. It will also pair amazingly well with any type of fruity or creamy desserts.
