Our ham is cooked in the traditional way, called Mountain Pork.
We select the most beautiful fresh hams from “Mountain Pork”.
We trim and debone it before letting it rest overnight in the fridge so that the scent of the spices diffuses.
Then it is molded by hand and baked, in its juice, which gives it its particular and natural taste.
