The Châteauneuf-du-Pape 100 ANS Cellier des Princes in a 1.5-litre magnum bottle is a true celebration of tradition and winemaking know-how. After fermentation, the wine was aged for twelve months in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks.

Its bouquet combines notes of ripe black fruit with touches of Mediterranean herbs, delicate cocoa and discreet wood.
The palate is rich, ample and balanced, with finely integrated tannins and a long and elegant finish.
Thanks to its structure and character, this wine is the ideal companion for festive tables and important moments.
Ageing
potential of 5 to 10 years, during which it will continue to develop its complexity and nobility.
Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18 °C.
It goes wonderfully with roast lamb, grilled meats, beef stew or chicken with Provençal herbs. It also goes very well with mature cheeses such as Comté or Cantal, and complements Mediterranean specialties perfectly.
