Château Roches de Guitard

AOC Montagne Saint-Émilion

Origine – terroir
Château Roches de Guitard is located at Montagne near the famous appellation Saint- Émilion.
Its 35 years old vineyard covers 7 hectares and is ideally exposed on hills, on a clay and limestone terroir

Vinification
Picking at perfect maturity.
Long maceration (3 weeks), to extract the best aromas.
Ageing in tanks.

Grapes varieties
75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes
Deep red color, almost black.
The nose is warm with toasted and grilled almonds notes.
The palate is ample, on grilled bread notes. Pleasant finish with silky tannins.

Food & wine pairing
Château Roches de Guitard will accompany well traditional French recipes, roasted red meats and cheeses.
Serve between 16° and 18° C.
