Origine – terroir
Established since 1920, Château Haut Grand Champ is owned by the same family for 5 generations. Situated at Ladaux, its 91 hectares vineyard, planted on clay and limestone soil, is managed with know-how and respect for the environment.

Vinification
Sustainable culture.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Fermentation at low temperature.
Long vatting.

Tasting notes
Château Haut Grand Champs has a deep and intense red color.
The nose offers ripe red fruit notes with a hint of spices.
The palate is ample and well structured surrounded by smooth tannins.
Elegant finish on fruity notes.

Food & wine pairing
Château Haut Grand Champ will accompany well a roasted veal or a grilled entrecote.
Serve between 16° and 18°C.
