Winegrowers in Rilly la montagne for 4 generations, Julien Herbert cultivates with passion the most famous grapes of the mountain of Reims. The wines rest 8 to 9 years in the cellar to bring maturity to the champagnes. The estate is based on 4.65 Ha of vineyard classified 1er cru divided into 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot noir and 25% Meunier.
