It combines several advantages: in addition to being produced in organic wine, Biosens is also vinified without the addition of sulphites, thus, no artifice interfering, our wine is the purest expression of its terroir. Biosens comes from plots located on the charming slopes of Entre-deux-Mers, in the heart of the Bordeaux appellation. The vines are based on full clay-limestone terroirs character and produce a wine “without artifice”, expressive, all in greed and elegance, which will go perfectly with classic dishes or as an accompaniment to a kitchen more inventive.
