Origine – terroir
Located on the best exposed slopes of Loupiac, overlooking the Garonne and facing Barsac-Sauternes, the vineyard covers an area of 15 hectares on clay-limestone and boulbenes soils. Château Massac is one of the oldest and most renowned in the appellation, it belongs to the Arnaud family, winegrowers from father to son for 4 generations.
Vinification
Hand picking by successive sorting.
Gentle pressing.
Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Ageing in French oak barrels.

90% Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle
Tasting notes
With its intense golden hue, Château Masasc reveals a powerful bouquet of yellow fruit, honey and dry apricot. Its palate is fleshy and well-blended with long lasting fragrances of exotic fruit.
Food & wine pairing
Château Massac will be ideal in appetizer by itself, or in accompaniment of poultry in sauce, blue-veined cheese or fruit-based desserts.
Serve between 4° and 6°C.
