Elaborated with low yields, great maturities, long fermentation and aged in oak barrels. This vinification method brings to the wine finesse and elegance.

Tasting notes
Intense nose with notes of leather, smoke and cherry alcohol.
On the palate the attack is clear, structured and silky tannins,
persistence on empyreumatic notes.

Well with slow- cooked and grilled red meat, beef, game.
