As in the past, our tuna is prepared by hand and cooked in a court bouillon, which makes it softer, in our workshops located in Port Saint Louis du Rhône in Provence. It is accompanied by ingredients from organic farming.

Ideal for salads.
Instructions for preserving
Before opening, store at room temperature. Best before: see on the lid.
After opening, store in a cool place and consume quickly.

Uniformly sized pieces of tuna. Good consistency and colour.Free of tomato sauce with no phase shift.

Wild tuna cooked in a court-bouillon (Bouillon: water, carrots*, laurel*, cloves*) 65 %, water, tomato concentrate*, peppers*, onions*, sunflower oil*, vinegar*, salt, sugar*, thickener: xanthan gum, spices*.
* 26,6 % of the agricultural ingredients are organically grown. Certified by Bureau Veritas Certification France – FR-BIO-10.
