Morvan Goat Crottin

This large turd takes its name from its geographical origin: the Morvan Natural Park in Burgundy.
Not very salty and with a foamy texture when semi-ripened, it then becomes very creamy, with a typical goat’s cheese taste and good freshness in the mouth.

As with all cheeses, it is important to consume it at room temperature in order to appreciate all its nuances of flavor.
