High gravely terraces from Garrigues Sud in Sarrians with pebbles and limestone gravels on brown marl.
Winemking
Selection of the best parcels successively harvested at optimum maturity according to the varietal. Full destemming, pneumatic pressing and low temperature fermentation between 12° and 14°C. No malolactic fermentation in order to preserve a maximum of freshness.

75% Grenache Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 5% Viognier, 5% Clairette, 5% Marsanne
Tasting notes
Intense and expressive nose of white flowers and peach. The mouthfeel is round and fresh with a lingering finish of ripe fruits and minerality.
Tasting advices
To enjoy now or can be kept 1 to 3 years. Serve between 12 and 14°C.
Food pairings
As an aperitif, with a scallops tartare, grilled gambas, or with veal blanquette and goat cheeses.
